What We Collect

We collect the information needed to run courses, respond to enquiries, process registrations, support students, and manage research participation interest.

  • Name, email address, phone number, city, country, and preferred contact method.
  • Course registration details, slot preferences, attendance records, assignments, results, certificates, invoices, and payment proof notes.
  • Research interest, scholarship, and contact form submissions.
  • Basic technical information collected by hosting, analytics, email, and form tools.

How We Use Information

  • To communicate about courses, schedules, fees, scholarships, research opportunities, and institute updates.
  • To manage student dashboards, teacher dashboards, admin records, attendance, assessments, certificates, and payments.
  • To improve learning design, research planning, and student support.
  • To meet basic operational, security, and record keeping needs.

Who Can Access Information

Access is limited according to role. Admins can manage operational records. Teachers see the student information needed for assigned classes, normally names and emails, plus academic activity relevant to teaching. Public visitors cannot see private student records.

Third Party Services

AL-ISRA may use services such as Vercel, Supabase, Google Workspace, Google Meet, email tools, form tools, and payment channels. These services process data as part of hosting, authentication, communication, teaching, payment handling, and administration.

Student and Parent Requests

Students or parents can contact AL-ISRA to ask about their stored information, request corrections, or discuss deletion where operational and legal record keeping allow it.
